Brigadier General Brian Donahue speaking at last year's conference |
conference aims to build solutions and create future "road maps" while
providing a unique opportunity for differing opinions and positions to
be expressed and debated.
This year's theme, "ARFORGEN for joint and coalition full spectrum operations," addresses how the tactical C4 community will conduct full spectrum operations within the context of the Army Force Generation (ARFORGEN) Model. The ARFORGEN process aims to provide combatant commanders and civil authorities with a steady supply of trained and ready units that are task-organized in modular expeditionary force packages and tailored to joint mission requirements.
Who Should Attend?
Participation is open to all who support and belong to the Army's
tactical C4 community, to include active duty and reserve components:
- G6/S6 staffs
- Drilling reservists
- C4 support staffs
- Information assurance professionals
- Program managers
- Subject matter experts
The conference features distinguished speakers who play significant
roles in establishing direction and goals for the Army's Tactical C4
community. The breakout tracks provide focused information and forums to
address the hardhitting issues facing the Tactical C4 community over the
next 12 to 18 months. The following speakers have been confirmed or
invited:
- General James D. Thurman, Commanding General, U.S. Army Forces Command
- Lieutenant General Rhett A. Hernandez, Commanding General, U.S. Army Cyberspace Command
- Lieutenant General Susan S. Lawrence, U.S. Army CIO/G-6
- Major General Jennifer L. Napper, Commanding General, U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command
- Brigadier General Brian J. Donahue, Director, J-6, U.S. Central Command
- Mr. William Lasher, U.S. Army Forces Command G-6
I've been to the last two conferences and learned at lot at both. For this year's conference, I'm really looking forward to the presentations by General Thurman and Brig. Gen. Donahue.
